Speakers’ instructions:
• Oral presentations are 20 minutes including discussion
• Invited presentations are 30 minutes including discussion
• Keynote presentations are 45 minutes long plus discussion.
Speakers are asked to check-in with the session chair in the room of their relevant session ten minutes before the beginning of the session.

Poster Presentations:
Two poster sessions will take place on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 July 2022, from 17:30 to 19:00. They will be allocated prime time position in the conference programme.
Poster authors are requested to display their poster on their allocated board in the early afternoon of Monday 4 July 2022.

Poster authors will be exhibiting their posters one half on Monday, and the other half on Tuesday but the conference management will permit participants to exhibit them during both days. Also poster authors will have the possibility to keep their poster displayed until Wednesday 6 July 2022, until 6:30pm at the latest. In case the poster is not taken by that time, it will be destroyed as dismounting time of the boards will occur at 7pm.

In order to present their work and answer questions, authors are requested to be present in the vicinity of their poster on the allocated day between 17:30-19:00 and if wished on the other day.

Each author is provided with one bulletin board measuring 200 cm high and 100 cm wide on which to display a summary of the paper. Fixing material (tape) will be provided. The boards will be marked with the poster session code.
